Dismiss U.S. Army BG Jeffrey A. Sinclair and the female officers with whom he had inappropriate relationships.

Created by B.T. on March 20, 2014

As the world has seen, it is apparent that our military justice system is broken. The apparently three female soldiers who knowingly engaged in willful misconduct, and the soldier, who was a leader at one of the highest levels, with the command's apparent agreement, has plead and was found guilty of violating several articles of the UCMJ. His violations were not a "one-time" lapse in judgment. They were ongoing relationships. Unless something is done, he will retire with the same benefits afforded to others who have served honorably. This should not and can not be allowed to happen. The sentence that was handed down by the trial judge is a disgrace to all current, former and future soldiers that screams of command influence. He must not be allowed to retire. All need to be dismissed.
