Use of Federal Government funds/Revenue Bonds to create a High Speed Rail from NYC to Albany.
Our Country is far behind various Eastern Countries Rail systems. We have outdated inificent equipment that screams opportunity for safety, job creation and the housing market in the area. American's would have opportunity for jobs to create the rail and in addition once complete would be able to travel further for work thus decreasing the regions unemployement.
Please spend some time thinking about the impact this could have on the upstate economy as well as the future impact on NYC as the population grows and enviromental impacts emerge.
