The residents of the United States should not be restricted either by local government, housing authorities, community managers of any kind from being able to properly display the Flag of the United States of America as long as its being properly flown in accordance to the United State Federal Flag Code. There should be no reason why the entities named above should be able to harass its tenants with threat of fines or eviction for doing what should be every American's right to do so.
