Mr. President,
Please intervene in the disposition of the human remains of TAMERLAN TSARNAEV, a known terrorist of the people of the United States, deceased April 19, 2013.
Given the nature of the attack upon the people of the United States, you should deny release of his remains to the next of kin; doing so would only make him a martyr.
His remains, and the remains of all terrorists, should be cremated and the ashes disposed of in an undisclosed location.
