Disqualify all known cocaine-users from passing or approving Federal legislation restricting private gun-ownership.

Created by M.Q. on January 15, 2013

Past or current use of cocaine and/or other addictive and illegal chemical substances by elected and unelected public officials indicates poor judgement, weak character, and criminal inclinations. Officials known for indulging in such misadventures at any time during their lives lack the necessary self-control, qualifications, and temperament to pass, approve, or enforce laws abridging the Constitutional right of a US citizen to keep and bear the firearms of her/his choice. Accordingly, such officials must be disallowed and forbidden from doing so.
