Disqualify any member of Congress from re-election if the federal budget is not balanced 30 days prior to the election

We the People deserve to have Congressional representatives that are dedicated to maintaining a balanced Federal budget. Any sitting member of Congress should not be eligible for re-election if they have failed to sustain a balanced budget by the end of their term. We are tired of Congress failing to recognize that a balanced budget is crucial to the success and survival of our country.
