Disqualify anybody who commits a violent crime while he or she is receiving any type of welfare from receiving it again.

Any adult who is receiving welfare such as food stamps, rent assistance, etc, and is found guilty of a violent crime should be disqualified from receiving it again for 1 year. Furthermore, if the person who commits the crime is a minor, and his/her parents are on welfare, or is not a minor but lives with and is dependent on head of household, the head of household should receive a 33% penalty in all welfare benefits for 3 months from the date of verdict.
