Hillary R. Clinton has admitted to using a private server in an unsecured locations and sent and received top secret and above top secret emails during her 4 years as Secretary of State. She has continually lied to the American public about the details, first saying there was no top secret emails sent or received then saying it doesn't matter because they had no rules about using a private server. This is clearly a lie as she was required to keep secret documents of the US government secure and took steps to avoid that security.
