We the people of the United States ask that congress disqualify Donald J. Trump from holding the presidency of the United States under Amendment 20 section 3 of the US Constitution.
During his campaign for the presidency he has made statements that have undermined the basic values of this country. This has led to members of congress and the president saying that Mr. trump dose not qualify or has disqualified himself from being president of the united states on many occasions.
The comments that disqualify him:
1) Imposing limits on freedom of speech
2) Banning of Muslims from entering the US
3) Inciting violence
4) Repeated calls for torture and use of WMD's in violation of international law
For these reasons he must be found unqualified and the Vice President must act as president.
