Disqualify the vote of all precincts where vote fraud is obvious or suspected. Prosecute those responsible.

The evidence of nationwide vote fraud is compelling and too obvious to ingnore. The best estimate of vote fraud is in the realm of 8% of all votes. To that travesty and consistent with rules of evidence all precincts, counties, et al where vote fraud is obvious or suspected must have those total votes immeadiately disqualified. Those states having such situations must withdraw their electoral votes. All voting officals in these precincts etc must be prosecuted to the full extent of the law both local state and federal. All groups particpating in this vote fraud must be prosecuted additionally for conspiracy. Given this would not give the required 270 votes for election of a President the Constitutional authority would require the US House of Representatives to select the president.
