Justin Beiber needs to learn from his actions. The excuse of "that he is young, he is under a microscope and scrutiny, or is bullied" are not valid reasons nor excuses for his actions. He could have seriously injured American citizens or worse killed someone. He needs to be held accountable for his own actions and be punished to the full extent of the law. Just because he is a celebrity and a foreigner, does not mean that he is immune to the laws that govern our land. We as citizens abide by these laws and would be punished in a heartbeat if we did something like Mr. Beiber. He is 19 years old and is considered an adult in the eyes of the law and should be treated like one. He is giving our youth a bad example, like many of "our" young celebrities these days. We the people ask for this.
