After 3 months the verdict was finally decided. On November 24th, a St. Louis County grand jury decided not to indict police officer Darren Wilson.
Please disregard any and all petitions requesting officer Wilson to be federally charged for any reason. He was already tried once and was found not guilty. Due to our 5th amendment right; he cannot be tried again.
