This will (hopefully) void the petition that recently hit 100,000 signatures which calls for the federal enforcement of a ban on the AR-15 rifle. This would violate the 2nd Amendment rights of the American people, making it unconstitutional, and therefore should be treated as null and void by the Congress, President, and any other major governmental bodies and or person(s) in the US.
