Stop legislation that would ban assault rifles, high capacity magazines and armour piercing bullets. These three specific things are a violation of the United States Constitution 2nd amendment.
The 2nd admendment grants the people of the United States the right to obtain and posses equal weapons that a tyrannic government would use against people in warfare. We cannot form or become a well armed militia if we don't have the same guns, magazines or ammo.
Taking away armour piercing bullets and high cap magazines will only give criminals confidence that they could be more successful in committing crimes if they just wear bullet proof armour and pick up some high capacity mags from the black market.
There is no problem with the rest of the legislation. I agree with it completely.
