In view of the painful and unsatisfactory performance results shown in most armed conflicts in which it has entered. We propose the dissolution of the army as a drain on the state budget. Also proposed as the next step, request armed protection of U.S. territory to Russia, China, Iran, Venezuela, North Korea and Bolivia, paying a periodic fee whose amount shall be negotiated with the states listed above.
