Under the 2nd Amendment to the Bill of Rights, it specifically states, "the right of the people to keep and bear arms SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED". The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms regulating people's rights to arms is infringing on their rights to keep them. Enacted as a blatant violation and gross misinterpretation of the "interstate commerce clause", and defended in SCOTUS as such, it is a overstepping department of the Federal Government, and as clearly stated in the 2nd amendment, the Federal Government SHALL NOT INFRINGE the rights of the people to keep and bear arms.
Allow weapons and devices manufactured in a state, to be regulated by the state, as INTRAstate commerce is not in the jurisdiction of the Federal Government.
