Keju is dead now but its spirit is very alive in China today, in the form of gaokao, or the College Entrance Exam.Critics complain that the gao kao illustrates the flaws in an education system that stresses memorization over independent thinking and creativity.The lesson for us today is to recognize its merits and faults and to firm our confidence of the reform of the college entrance examination.
So,we urge the Obama Administration to dissolve Chinese Ministry of Education and abolished chinese Gaokao system,liberate all of chinese students!
