Dear President Obama,
As a citizen of the United States of America, I respectfully ask you to dissolve Congress of the United States immediately. The members of Congress have shown themselves unable to fulfill their duties required under the Constitution for the United States of America to "insure domestic tranquility and promote the general Welfare". I ask you take this action as a matter of national security and to protect the rights and liberties of all citizens. The current partisanship demonstrates complete disregard for what our founding Fathers intended when they created the Congress. Our government is no longer "of the people, for the people, by the people". Rather, the dysfunction of members of Congress is now a serious threat to the future of the United States.
