Dissolve congress and call for a Constitutional Convention.

Whereas the Constitution of the United States provides for a constitutional convention to propose amendments to the Constitution to change the particulars of government structure, whereas there are several issues that need changing including the way we elect, how many parties, how funded, and who is a person. And whereas our current congress in both houses have become unable to vote or govern, Therefore it is time to have that convention for the People to perform the fourth part of government and take steps to correct these problems to form a more perfect union.
