Dissolve the Congress and replace it with popular vote of the people. Revise the constitution to implement the change.

With the do-nothing congress that we have now, it is impossible to progress the standard of living. As soon as a representative or senator is elected, the first thing and ONLY thing they do is try to get re=elected. It is time we, a well educated society, govern ourselves. We do not need the congress to stall our progress. All votes by individuals will be counted and the majority will rule for bills submitted by constiuents appointed members of the steering committee. Members so appointed MUST cast their vote for the state as the people have voted. Election of the president will be by popular vote. This will eleminate lobbying and special interest influences. Voting will be done through the internet as bills and elections are called for and eliminate the income tax with the fair tax
