Dissolve Congress under an executive order and institute Direct Democracy via the Internet, before the 2016 election.

In an effort to make the words of the Constitution (and this chosen forum) to become fully realized, we must accept that our Representative Democracy is outdated. At the time of it's inception the majority of Americans we undereducated, underinformed, and incapable of reaching a decision in a timely manner given the technological drawback of the era. We now have an educated population, a well informed population, and most importantly a connected population. I believe all federal laws should be voted upon by every American and the will of the majority should prevail. Not lobbyists, not elitists, not corporations. DIRECT DEMOCRACY IS THE ONLY TRUE FORM OF DEMOCRACY, WHERE AS A REPRESENTATIVE IS INHERENTLY CORRUPTIBLE.
