We the people, of the United States, no longer recognize the authoritative power held by this court. As a result, faith in it's institution has been abolished and it's rulings can no longer be considered as true law for the citizens of this nation. We reserve the right to select our own justices who serve the commonwealth, rather than the wealthy. This petition is designed to send a clear message to those who believe themselves above the law, above societal direction; to end the corporate and special interest influence upon our judicial system. Ratification of this petition disbands the Supreme Court and will subsequently call for special public election to reinstate Supreme Court Justices for the purpose of service to the American People as a whole, not a select few.
