The Department of Homeland Security was created to facilitate the communication and services between Intelligence agencies and Law Enforcement. This Department however, has been more of an inconvenience than convenience to both the Agencies it is supposed to help and the American people. By dissolving the Department, the many offices, agencies and groups can be returned to either their original Department or the new agencies, offices and groups can be moved to a new Department or Agency where they will be able to work more fluidly.
