Dissolve the electoral college

We call on United States Government to propose an Amendment to the Constitution in order to dissolve Electoral College. We request that all Federal elections be decided by a popular vote, so that every citizen's vote counts. With the current system, states such as California, could have a very low number of voters turnout for an election, but that state would have more say than a state that could have more voters that cast their ballot
