Due to the fact that that the Electoral College is inherently undemocratic and gives swing states disproportionate influence in electing the President and Vice President. I petition to dissolve the electoral college and base the outcome of the presidential elections solely on the popular vote. With the modern techniques used today it would not be any more difficult to base the elections strictly on the numercial popular vote across the nation.
