The popular vote of the United States Citizens should be the only legal and fair method of electing a President of the United States. Electoral Colleges are too easily able to be corrupted by big companies with lots of money. Removal of the electoral college puts the power back in the hands of the citizens to elect who they deem worthy.
In addition to this, during elections there should be a "Neither" option on the ballots. If there are more "Neither" votes than for either of the two candidates combined, then the current president is allowed to remain in office for one more year, while another set of elections are held. The candidates that ran in the first election that did not win enough popular votes are not allowed to run again in the secondary election.
