The FISA court is a "secret court," a rubber stamp for privacy violations and therefore, unconstitutional. There is nothing the FISA court does that cannot be done by the current Federal Judiciary under seal. In light of the abuses perpetrated by Federal Law Enforcement, the NSA, etc., we demand transparency in our justice system.
