The National Firearms Act of 1934 has been infringing upon the unalienable rights guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States of America since its inception.
The second amendment guarantees the right to keep and bear arms, not specifying functionality of such arms, therefore making the NFA an infringement upon our rights. The NFA requires that a $200 tax be paid, making it unconstitutional. A taxed right is not a right.
