dissolve the TSA, return airport and other transportation inspections to airlines, railroads, bus lines, local control.

Created by J.S. on November 13, 2012

The federal government has created many unnecessary and burdensome agencies that violate American citizen's constitutionally protected rights, and have the net effect of damaging the economy by injecting government controls in areas where none is required. The TSA is one such agency.

The TSA blatantly interferes with people's right of free travel with no positive or preventive effect on travel safety or security. It does, however, reduce the number of people willing to travel by means of transportation that are restricted by criminal TSA personal body searches, and that hurts the transportation businesses and the economy. The additional tax burden placed on the American people to support operations of the TSA expenses is exceedingly oppressive and unnecessary.
