Dissolve the two party system as it clearly is not working.

Mr. President,
It is clear that the two party system is no longer working. Most of political choices are made for reelection or for personal gain. The country is being torn apart by your strong choice to not work with the other side of the aisle. It is clear then that the only way to fix this is to dissolve the two party system so that you have no aisle to cross. Progress is more important in holding this country together then politics
