The Veterans hospital and clinic system has become inefficient and uncaring to the veteran. The only purpose it serves is to create jobs for bureaucrats. It's time to dissolve this system and replace it with a health insurance plan where veterans can choose their own doctors. The plan would be much lower in cost then the current system.
