Distracted Driving (talking without using hands-free device, texting, Facebook, Instagram, playing games, and any other hands-on mobile phone use) should require immediate arrest under a zero-tolerance policy for public safety. A zero-tolerance law would prevent thousands of distracted driving accidents annually.
