These children have two options, either the orphanages in their countries of origin, or orphanages in the United States of America. Think of these children growing up learning a new language, learning the values of what it means to be an American. These kids could be true Americans, good to the core of what America is all about. As immigrants, the United States would be giving them everything and the chance to live the American Dream.
