Wyoming has three electoral votes, two for each senator and one for their representative. While to get rid of the electorate college requires 2/3 of house and senate, and 3/4 of state legislators,( which is not gonna happen) to change it does not. Wyoming's people per electoral vote is way higher then the most populated state, California. Thus, a wyoming vote is worth more then one in California.By giving Wyoming one vote for their one rep, and California 53 for their 53 representatives, the person per vote, and thus the election process, will be much more fair and closer to perfect.
