The corresponding districts of the sixty-seven House members that voted against the Hurricane Sandy relief Bill should be limited in future disaster relief to the sum total of their districts contributions to the Federal Budget.
During times of crisis we are not Fifty States, we are one Nation. While we are all gratified that The Sandy Relief Bill has passed the Congress and is to be signed into law by the President, this does not change the fact that there were sixty-seven members of Congress that felt it was of no concern to them or their constituents.
