Divert funding from the department of education to NASA to try to rebuild Harambe and bring him back to life.

All Americans were devestated when Harambe the gorilla was killed. We feel that the education department gets too much funding and does not do a good job with the money they get anyways. We would like to have some of the money that is given to the department of education given to nasa to have them rebuild the deceased harambe. We would also like the body of harambe delivered to NASA so that hey can begin working on trying to bring him back to life. Harambe looks down at us from the gates of heaven and wishes he could be rebuilt and brought back to life to spread his message of wisdom and kindness with the human race.
