The Keystone XL Pipeline is a large project that our government would allocate funds to upon passing. In an effort to invest in renewable resources, we petition the US government to match 25% of public funds allocated to the Keystone project, and use that money to invest in solar panel arrays for public high schools.Placing a small solar array on every public high school in the U.S. would cost a fraction of the Keystone Project, and likely create as many temporary jobs.
