Divide Gifted Students apart from Standard students, as of School Rankings.

With the growing population of intelligent 2nd generation kids from different nations coming into the United States education adventure, they are beating the third, fourth, fifth, etc. generations as of grades. Therefore, they are sent to the gifted program. When school ranks come out, schools have lower grades as of deserved to gifted students. Gifted students should be fairly ranked as Gifted students, not a student. We believe its the time now to divide school rankings to two parts: Gifted and non-gifted. We call on President Obama to support this petition and advance the inclusiveness of our great nation.
