The DMCA is copyright for the internet, and almost everthing, digitally. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use, this is unlawful to America, and the DMCA should be enforced, Any user who uploads a video without the permission from the copyright owner would spend a $500,000 fine and then would be sentenced to prison by federal, state, and local authorites.
