DNA sampling must be voluntary.

Government wants DNA, prayer content & now phone records. How unconstitutional is that? Were is it going to stop. We no longer have a free country, this is a dictatorship an abuse of power and I cant believe Obama is letting this happen. No one has he right to get anyone's DNA, not even for a criminal case they have so many other resources of solving a criminal case and in some instances sources even more reliable than DNA sampling! They have no reason to require DNA sampling. Doctors and hospitals who are trying to fight disease's don't require DNA sampling only at the last resort. Our government has turned into a NAZI regime in which Hitler was trying to create a super race by manipulating genetics. This is all the republicans doing.
