After years of independent DNA testing showing rampant fraud with US fish and seafood, and international testing on other meats showing everything from horse to goat to donkey DNA (testing that is not being done in the US), it's time for the FDA to regularly DNA test the US meat supply, recouping the cost of testing with fines against violators.
