Enacting legislation to require ALL calls (except law enforcment) to display accurate caller name and number from which call was placed. Require phone service providers to assist customers with Do Not Call list complaints, and assist customers with investigation and resolution of unwanted, unsolicited, junk, survey, marketing research and polling calls. Require all exemptions to be requested in writing, and validated by phone service provider, prior to acceptance/issuance. Provide higher fines, and direct compensation to consumer ($250.00 per call) for non-compliance/violations.
