Children born to foreign nationals are a serious drain on our economy and depriving Americans of help desperatly needed. There are hotels in California that cater to Chinese women 8 months pregnant so their children can be Americans. This type of action must stop. It is our belief that children born in America should assume the nationality of their mother thereby stopping this practice without harming Americans.
