Do all within their power to repeal the 17th amendment so the state governments will be represented on the federal level

The state governments themselves have been unrepresented in Congress for to long. Because of this the states have been encroached upon by the federal government without the states say in the matter. Because of this we call for the Obama administration to do all within its power to repeal the 17th amendment and allow the state representatives to choose senators to represent them.
