Race should not play a role in any way when it comes to promotions, job considerations or assistance from the Federal or State Government. I propose an abolishment of affirmative action and make it illegal to have race play a role in anyway the hiring, promotion or any assistance given to any person, including but not limited too educational benefits. Further more it should be illegal to form any institution that promotes assistance to anyone based on race, religion or sexual orientation. Every man woman and child should be treated equally with out racial, religious or sexual bias playing a role.
