Do away with "BLACK" history month.

This is a petition to stop "BLACK" history month. For too long the achievements and history of Black/African Americans have been confined to a month and the shortest month of the year at that. This is not about race or ethnicity, but rather about starting a new. Blacks/African Americans are just as much a part of Americana history as any other race that helped build this Great Country. There isn't a "White" "Jewish" etc history month and I'm sure they don't want one. I feel as though this type of educating holds us back from progressing pass the past. In addition to stop racism you must first stop talking about it. The history of blacks should not start at slavery but how we were kings and queens! Remember RACISM ISN'T BORN, IT'S TAUGHT AND LEARNED.
