DHS doesn't do anything to protect us or our borders, the borders are open. They are paid by us, to impose fear and tyranny against us. There is no justifiable reason for them to have ordered 2 BILLION bullets other than to impose tyranny. Has DHS ever done anything beneficial? Has FEMA? Do you know how much money we waste on DHS a year?
