Since the advent of the computer age the department of justice has moved onto storing records in a database rather than keep paper files, saving money on paper and space and therefor rent and overhead, if the same thing was applied to the rest of the government, we could also do away with the president, his 12 cabinet members, 100 senators and 635 congressmen by instituting public computerized voting on all things, making congress and senate and the president all unnecessary, as they have been since around 1980. This would save the United States of America over an approximate $123,569,600 per year allowing us to start paying off the national debt and control our own destinies, as would be constitutionally correct and within our abilities.
