We recognize that in order for every American vote to truly count, then we MUST have a one man one vote system. The electoral system allows a candidate who does not have the popular, or "most" votes to still win. In any stretch of the imagination, we all know from an early age that in any situation , the one with the most votes always wins , but this system totally contradicts that fundamental belief. If the election process in this nation is truly fair, and every vote truly counts, then it must be one man one vote.
