Citizens should decide who the next President will be, not the Electorial College. The Electorial College is out dated and not neccessary in today's world. Citizens need to see the "Clear Picture" that the Electorial College" decides who win the elections not Jane and John Doe the ever day citizen. Our voices are not really counted.
